Privacy policy

1. Data controller

The data controller is Group Ltd (גרופ בע"מ), a company incorporated in Israel. For any question or request about your data, email us at privacy@siloegroup.com, or use the form on this website and mention “Privacy”.

2. Data we collect

• Through the contact form: your name, your company name and your phone number, together with the language and page of the website the request was sent from, and its date.
• When the form is sent: an encrypted, irreversible fingerprint of your IP address and your browser type, used only to prevent abuse (automated submissions, spam).
• If you message us on WhatsApp: the information you choose to share in the conversation. WhatsApp (Meta) also processes it under its own terms.

We do not ask for any sensitive data. Please do not send any through the form.

3. Purposes and basis

• To answer your request, call you back, and prepare and send you a proposal: this processing is carried out at your request, with a view to a possible business relationship.
• To keep the website and the form secure.

We do not use your data for marketing without your consent, we do not sell it, and we do not make automated decisions or carry out profiling based on it.

4. Providing your data is optional

You are under no legal obligation to give us your details. Without a name, company and phone number, however, we cannot get back to you through the form. You can also message us directly on WhatsApp.

5. Recipients

Only the Siloé staff in charge of answering requests can access your data. We use the following technical providers:

• Google (Firebase): website hosting, form processing, database and email.
• FormSubmit: forwarding requests to our team by email.

Your data may also be disclosed to the authorities where required by law.

6. Transfers outside Israel

These providers may process data outside Israel, in particular in the United States. We choose them for their security safeguards, and these transfers are made in line with Israeli rules on transferring data abroad.

7. Retention

• Contact requests: for as long as needed to handle your request and any business relationship that follows, and no longer than three years after our last exchange.
• Abuse-prevention data: deleted automatically after a few days.

8. Security

The website is served over HTTPS only. Requests are checked on the server, the number of submissions is limited, and the database cannot be accessed from the browser. Only authorized staff can access it.

9. Your rights

Under the law, you may:

• access the data we hold about you;
• ask for it to be corrected if it is inaccurate, incomplete or out of date;
• ask for it to be deleted, under the conditions set by law;
• object to any use for marketing purposes.

To exercise these rights, email us at privacy@siloegroup.com, or use the form on this website and mention “Privacy”. We will reply within the time limits set by law. You may also file a complaint with the Israeli Privacy Protection Authority (Ministry of Justice).

10. Cookies and analytics

This website uses no cookies, no analytics and no advertising tools. Fonts are hosted on our own server. Our hosting provider may keep technical logs (such as IP addresses) needed for the security and proper operation of the service. If we add an analytics tool, this policy will be updated beforehand.

11. Minors

This website is intended for businesses and is not aimed at minors.

12. Changes

We may update this policy, in particular when the website or the law changes. The date of the last update is shown at the top of this page.
